Robert Tchack

Previously selected as one of Georgia's top-rated lawyers, Rob Tchack has more than 30 years of experience practicing primarily in domestic relations, business litigation, and appeals, as well as in certain other litigation areas. After receiving his B.A. from Cornell University in 1985, and his J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania School of Law in 1988, he worked for one of New Jersey’s major law firms, Wolff & Samson (now Chiesa Shahinian & Giantomasi PC), from 1988 until 2005. He thereafter moved to Georgia, obtained admission to the Georgia Bar, and founded Robert L. Tchack, LLC. Since then, he has provided overflow litigation and consulting services to other attorneys, represented individual and business clients in litigation matters, and lectured attorneys on the subject of case organization. 

In addition to membership in the state and federal Bars of Georgia and New Jersey, he also is admitted in Pennsylvania. Mr. Tchack has been a member of the American Bar Association, Atlanta Bar Association and Forsyth County Bar Association.
